Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Aisheet collects when you use the website and AI spreadsheet tools, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Aisheet (https://aisheet.uk) is a spreadsheet assistant for formulas, row cleanup, group-by summaries, templates, and file import. In this policy, “Aisheet”, “we”, and “us” mean the operator of that service.
Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@aisheet.uk.
Information we collect
We collect the following information when you use Aisheet:
- Account details. Your name, email address, and a hashed password. We do not store your password in plain text.
- Session data. A signed session cookie so you stay signed in. It includes your account id, name, and email, and expires after 14 days.
- Plan and usage. Your plan (Free, Pro, or Pro Plus) and how many AI chats you have used against your plan limit.
- Spreadsheet prompts. The text you send to the AI agent, the sheet name, the selected cell, and a preview of cells from the sheet. When a question needs current public information, that question is also sent to Serper for a web search. Excel, CSV, and PDF files you import are read in your browser and are not uploaded as files to our servers.
- Payment records. If you subscribe, we store your plan, billing cycle, amount, currency, email, and Razorpay order, payment, and subscription identifiers. Card and bank details are collected by Razorpay, not by Aisheet.
How we use information
We use this information to:
- Create and secure your account, and keep you signed in.
- Run the AI spreadsheet agent and apply the usage limits for your plan.
- Process subscriptions and keep a record of successful payments.
- Respond to support requests and detect misuse of the service.
- Improve reliability and understand how the product is used, in aggregate where possible.
We do not sell your personal information.
AI processing
Prompts and sheet previews are sent to our AI provider, OpenRouter, and then to the model configured for Aisheet, so the agent can return formulas, tables, and other spreadsheet actions. Those providers process the content only to generate the response. Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or other secrets in prompts or sheet cells.
How long we keep information
We keep account and payment records for as long as your account is open and for a reasonable period afterward so we can resolve disputes, meet tax and accounting duties, and prevent fraud. You can ask us to delete your account. We may keep payment records where the law requires us to.
Security
Passwords are hashed before they are stored. Authentication is handled by Supabase. Payments are handled by Razorpay. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to raise a grievance. To make a request, email hello@aisheet.uk. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in India, you may contact the Data Protection Board after first raising the issue with us.
Children
Aisheet is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
International transfers
Aisheet and its providers may process information in countries other than your own, including where OpenRouter, model providers, Razorpay, or our host operate. We use providers that process data under contractual commitments appropriate to that transfer.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will post the update on this page.
