Terms and Conditions

Aisheet is an AI assistant inside a spreadsheet. It can write formulas, clean rows, group data, insert templates, import Excel, CSV, and text PDFs, and answer questions about the sheet. Features, usage limits, and plan availability can change as the product develops.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.

You need an account to use AI Sheets. You agree to provide a real name and email address, keep your password confidential, and tell us if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, is used to abuse the service, or has been inactive for a long period.

You agree not to:

• Break the law, or infringe someone else’s rights, using Aisheet.
• Upload or prompt the service with content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to access another person’s account, our systems, or data you are not allowed to see.
• Probe, scan, or overload the service, or bypass usage limits and payment checks.
• Use the service to generate malware, or to automate fraud, spam, or deception.
• Resell or redistribute Aisheet, or present its output as a competing product.

You keep ownership of the spreadsheets, prompts, and files you bring to Aisheet. You give us permission to process that content only so we can operate the service — including sending prompts and sheet previews to our AI provider to generate a response.

Excel, CSV, and PDF files you import are read in your browser. Prompts and a preview of sheet cells are sent to our servers to run the agent. Questions that need current public information are also sent to Serper for a web search.

Formulas, summaries, and other results are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your data. You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it, especially for financial, legal, tax, payroll, or operational decisions. Aisheet does not provide professional advice.

Aisheet offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Pro Plus), billed monthly or yearly in US dollars through Razorpay. Prices shown at checkout are the prices that apply to that purchase. Yearly plans renew once a year. Usage limits for chats, tools, and files depend on the plan you are on.

Paid access starts after Razorpay confirms the payment. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, or the subscription is halted or cancelled, the account returns to the free plan. You can cancel by emailing hello@aisheet.uk. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we agree to one in writing. Taxes, if any, are your responsibility unless we are required to collect them.

Aisheet, including the name, logo, website, and software, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any of that ownership to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your account is in good standing.

Aisheet is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, Aisheet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or fifty US dollars if you are on the free plan.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You may stop using Aisheet and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if a payment fails, or if we discontinue the service. The sections on your content, AI output, intellectual property, disclaimer, liability, and governing law continue to apply after the account ends.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. If you keep using Aisheet after an update, the revised terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel any paid plan.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in your place of residence.
